 I love this one.  Perhaps because she's mostly white and noticably female - yes, I do add all their 'bits' lol!  I made her leash from some vintage fabric that I have other plans for and it worked beautifully.  The leash even has a clasp and looks so sweet.  Her collar is needle felted and has been decorated with sparkly beads (well that's how I'd describe them - others may not agree, lol!)

Just a few needle felted keyrings that are for sale here.These are all quite large for keyrings and the fob is actually silver plated.  I have hung this with black seed beads and added a tiny jingle bell beneath each head.  The rabbit & Lion cub have clear, knotted whisker too, which set them off nicely!

Seems like I've been hit by a new cat bug because I've just sculpted two of them out of wool!  The first, a jester type cat took me over a week to sculpt before I could add the stick, and I was nearly sick with excitement by then wondering what it would turn out like.  I wasn't disappointed.  Needle sculpting (or felting) is my new passion and my poor fingers are in shreds - it's sooo painful

Still on the easel this one (as you can probably see) and I think I'm about done now?  I've just rough sketched another one so that's usually a sign that I'm almost finished, bar the signature!  I like this, it's totally ME.  No outside influences, no planning, just plain ol' sketch and paint.  It's always a bit of a risk but I like it that way - makes it more natural IMHO.  I almost can draw

I really miss drawing.  I miss putting in tiny little details with a sharp point - a paint brush just doesn't feel as satisfyling as a pencil somehow?  I haven't drawn much since I had surgery on my hand because it gets very sore after a while and stiffens up, and just won't do as it's told, but I think I'm gonna give it another go soon.  I dug out these pictures for you to have a gander at, they

This is getting really annoying.  I paint the picture, take a photo and then put it into photoshop to re-size etc, and what happens?  The subject (usually a bullie) comes out looking like a half ton heffer!  I have know idea what's going on except that it 'could' be down to my wide screen monitor?  If anyone has the slightest clue please let me know - even better, tell me how to put it right.
